<p data-start="17" data-end="164">We are seeking an experienced Safety Superintendent to lead Health, Safety and Environmental activities at our hard-rock open-pit mining operation.</p>
<p data-start="166" data-end="413">The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HSE systems, maintaining compliance with Ghana’s mining safety requirements, managing operational risks and ensuring that employees and contractors work safely.</p>
<p data-start="415" data-end="650">The role requires strong practical experience in open-pit mining hazards, including drilling and blasting, highwalls, waste dumps, haul-road traffic, heavy mobile equipment, hazardous substances, confined spaces and emergency response.</p>
